Delivery :

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed and shipped.

Exchanges & refunds:

Pursuant to Article L.121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has fourteen days to return, at their own expense, any items that do not suit them, for a refund. This period begins on the day the order is received.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any item that appears worn or damaged will be refused.

Once the return request has been made by email, you must return your item to the following address via a tracking method using your own means:

Please include your order number inside the envelope and provide us with your return tracking number.

Upon receipt of your order, we will refund or exchange your item.

Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
