DELIVERY
All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and exceptional periods announced on the website).
A confirmation email is sent upon order validation, followed by a second email containing tracking information once the order has shipped.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier. INKA Bijoux cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or due to force majeure.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To request a return, the Customer can contact INKA Bijoux at the following address:
Initial shipping costs, if applicable, and return costs remain at the Customer's expense.
Returned items must be new, unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Any item showing signs of use, deterioration, or incomplete will not be refunded.
After validating the return request by email, the product must be returned to the following address:

The Customer is invited to indicate their order number inside the package and to communicate the return tracking number by email.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, INKA Bijoux will proceed with either a refund or an exchange of the product, depending on the request made.
The refund will be issued via the payment method used during the order within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the return.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of non-conformity or hidden defects.
