Is the jewelry handmade?
Yes! All our jewelry is designed and assembled by hand in our workshop in Toulouse. Each creation is made with care, making every piece unique.
Are the stones natural?
Yes. We use only natural stones, selected for their beauty and shades. Since each stone is unique, slight variations in color or shape may occur.
Are the jewelry pieces water-resistant?
Yes, our jewelry is made of stainless steel, a material known for its resistance to water and oxidation. To preserve their shine as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with perfume, chemicals, and salt or chlorinated water.
Do the jewelry pieces tarnish?
No. Stainless steel is a durable material that does not tarnish under normal use.
What are the preparation and shipping times?
All orders are carefully prepared within 24 business hours before being shipped.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
- France: 2 to 4 business days
- Europe: 4 to 8 business days
- International: 5 to 12 business days
These timeframes are given as an indication.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Are the jewelry pieces guaranteed?
Yes. All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty allowing free repair of your jewelry in case of breakage.
Can I return a piece of jewelry?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the jewelry is returned in its original condition. Returns are sent at the buyer's expense.
Custom creations cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
How do I choose the right size?
The dimensions of each piece of jewelry are indicated on its product page. Necklaces have an extension chain allowing easy adjustment of their length.
Do the stones have a meaning?
Yes. Each natural stone is traditionally associated with a particular symbolism (love, serenity, protection, intuition, etc.). Find their meaning on our page The Stones.
Can I customize a piece of jewelry?
Yes. Some models allow you to choose the stone, the finish (gold or silver), or the length. Available options are indicated directly on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Bank Card, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, as well as installment payment solutions when available.
