These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website www.inkabijoux.com.

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller".
Article 2 – Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the website www.inkabijoux.com.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are jewelry and accessories marketed under the INKA Bijoux brand.
Photographs and descriptions of products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. As natural stones are unique, slight variations in color, shape or appearance may exist compared to the photographs presented.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are indicated before final validation of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Order
The order is considered final after:
- shopping cart validation;
- acceptance of these GTC;
- full payment of the price.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of previous dispute or payment default.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or any other secure payment method offered on the website.
The order will only be shipped after payment validation.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as an indication.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or to a case of force majeure.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the package by the carrier.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unworn.
Initial shipping costs and return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The refund for items will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the recovery of the returned products.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Article 9 – Legal guarantees
Products benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code;
- the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Article 10 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products, normal wear and tear or unsuitable maintenance.
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 11 – Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and the commercial relationship.
They are processed in accordance with applicable regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Customer has a right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and limit the processing of their data.

Article 12 – Intellectual property
All elements present on the website www.inkabijoux.com (texts, photographs, visuals, logos, creations, design) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, use or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
Article 13 – Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
The contact details of the competent mediator will be communicated to the Customer upon request or upon the Seller's adherence to a mediation body.

Article 14 – Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
